How does the "Time request creation/update/deletion" alert work?

What does this alert do? The notification triggers when a time request is created by a collaborator

Configuration recommended for recipient management:

• "Specific user": allows requests to be routed to the person in charge of planning

• "BU Manager": allows requests to be routed to each BU manager based on the rate card line item that will be associated with the time request


When the alert is sent: within 5 minutes following the creation of the time request.
