What is the purpose of this feature?
The widget “Distribution of consultants by billable days” allows classifying consultants based on the number of days sold and invoiced over a given period.
It is an indicator of commercial performance, highlighting:
• The most requested consultants by clients,
• Those generating the most revenue,
• And the team’s overall billing dynamics.
How to access it?
Available in the widget library in the TEAM section.
How does it work?
Using the widget
• The widget is filterable by Business Unit, allowing performance analysis by team, expertise area, or department.
• It displays a visual ranking of consultants according to their billed days.
• You can quickly identify the most requested profiles by clients and track their activity evolution.
💡 Tip: Use this widget to spot your top performers and analyze their success factors (projects, expertise, sector). This can help in valuing your talents and guiding your commercial choices.
Filtering by type of personnel
The widget now offers radio buttons to select:
• All: displays all persons with an account on Furious
• Internal only: only employees on CDI, CDD, professional contract, apprentice, or internship valued on projects
• Freelance only: only persons with a freelance-type contract
💡 Tip: This filter allows you to analyze the commercial performances of your internal teams and external resources separately.
View all entities
You can display all entities at once directly from the widget, regardless of the global Business Unit filter applied to the dashboard.
This filter is particularly useful for group-scale data consolidation and obtaining a cross-sectional view of billing activity.
Load control filter
A new filter allows refining the display according to the utilization rate of consultants on client projects:
• All: shows all consultants without distinction
• < 100%: shows only persons whose time spent on client projects is less than 100% of their theoretical capacity
• > 100%: shows persons who have more time allocated than their theoretical capacity (facilitates detection of data entry errors)
• 0%: shows persons with no time on client projects (between contracts or entry omission)
⚠️ Attention: This filter is an essential control tool. People in > 100% should be quickly verified to correct potential entry errors. People at 0% may indicate a real inter-contract or a missing schedule entry.
👉 Essential action: Regularly check with the filters > 100% and 0% to ensure the reliability of your scheduling data.
