1. How to create an evaluation model for purchases?
To start evaluating your purchases, create a dedicated evaluation type:
• Go to Configuration › CRM › Evaluations & Campaigns.
• Create a new evaluation of type Purchase (for example: “Supplier evaluation”, “Service quality”, etc.).
• Set up your questions / criteria (rating, comments, deadlines, quality, etc.).
This model will then be used to evaluate your purchases one by one.
2. How to evaluate a purchase in the purchase list?
You can view and create evaluations directly from the purchase list:
• Go to Purchases (list view).
• Add the Evaluations column in the view if it's not already there.
• For each purchase:
you can see if it already has evaluations,
• you can create a new evaluation if it doesn't have one yet.
You can thus complete the evaluations over time.
3. How to filter and analyze evaluations on my purchases?
From the purchase list, you can:
• filter by periods (purchase dates, payment dates, etc.),
• filter by purchase types,
• etc...(by project, supplier, status, etc.).
This allows you to target, for example:
• recent purchases to be evaluated,
• purchases of a specific type (e.g.: “outsourcing”),
• or even purchases from a particular supplier.
4. Where to see all evaluations of a supplier?
On the supplier file, Furious displays all evaluations made on the purchases related to this supplier.
Specifically:
• Open the supplier's file,
• You can see the purchase history and their associated evaluations.
This allows you to assess the overall performance of the supplier (quality, adherence to deadlines, project satisfaction…).
5. How to automate the evaluation request as soon as a purchase is paid?
You can automate sending an email to request an evaluation as soon as a purchase changes status to “Paid” thanks to our alert system and redirect to the filtered list on the purchase in question using the parameter fiche_id
To do so (adjust with your instance URL):
• Go to Configuration › Messaging & Automation › Alerts & Events.
• Tab Purchase → create an event:
Type: “Purchase: status change”.
• Channel: Email.
• Subject (example):
Project {project_name} – It's time to evaluate the purchase {fiche_title}
• Message (example, in HTML, adjust with your instance URL):
Hello,<br> The purchase {fiche_title} for the project {project_name}, made with the supplier {supplier_company_name}, has just been marked as <b>Paid</b>.<br><br> Please evaluate it here:<br> https://your-instance.furious-squad.io/purchases.php?view=2&value=0&viewCard=0&search={fiche_id}<br><br> Thank you!Pipes: select the status Paid.
• Recipient: Concerned person (for example, the project manager).
With this setup, each purchase marked as paid automatically generates an evaluation request, allowing you to have a regular and reliable follow-up of your suppliers.
If you want, I can offer you a “ready-to-paste” version for your Furious help center/internal documentation.
