Objective
The Monthly Cutoff per Client widget allows visualizing the billing volume (invoiced or billing forecast) per client/project over a given period.
Functional
Company Global View
• Furious displays the list of companies that have created invoices or invoices to be created for the selected period
• Purchases are displayed on their invoice date or receipt date if not completed
• The Invoiced Gross Margin is calculated by subtracting purchase from Revenue for the period
• The gray columns represent the total of Revenue/cost/Gross Margin for the period
• The white columns represent the breakdown by month compared to the selected period of Revenue/cost/Gross Margin
• if quotes are added in the filters, Furious takes the weighted amount of the quote
Company Detail View
• Furious lists all related projects and the calculation is the same
• Furious lists all pre-sales quotes if the checkbox is selected
Specific Cases
• if a project has a billing contact associated with company A and some invoices associated with company B, the widget will display:
If there is no other project with an associated billing contact at the project level with the company name B, then only the invoices of company A will be considered, as Furious is based on the invoice contact and not the contact associated with the project.
• If there is another project with an associated billing contact at the project level with the company name B, then Furious will account for invoices from company A + invoices on company B
• if a project is at 0 Revenue (e.g., invoice 1 canceled by a credit note), then the "Monthly Cutoff per Client" widget will no longer take into account the information related to the invoice/credit note date if the project is at 0 for the selected period.
📅 Date Considered:

For quotes: date indicated in the "considered date" field
