How to Export Invoices and Purchases with Connectors?
For your invoices to be ready to be exported to your software, it's important that they are created and have a billing number.
Once these steps are completed, your invoice will appear in the accounting export list, ready to be transferred directly to your accounting tool.
Regarding purchases, they must be created, and their status must be “Received not paid”, “Ok payment”, or “Paid”.
💡 When the sales or purchase invoice is correctly sent, a green tag "Exported" appears next to the invoice name.
What if the client or supplier exists in Furious but not in the accounting software?
If your client is not yet registered in your accounting software, Furious will automatically create it during the export. However, please note that a complete client address must be entered in Furious for it to be automatically created in the destination software.
How to Set Up Client and Supplier Accounts?
It's important to note that the accounting accounts used (product account, client account, VAT account...), must first exist in your accounting tool. These same codes must then be entered in Furious, from Configuration > Finance > Accounting, or from the CRM records.
In your accounting tool, sales and purchase invoices will default to the client/supplier account set up in Configuration Furious > Finance > Accounting (typically 411 and 604).
If you want your invoices to go to a specific account, you will have to visit the CRM record of the client/supplier in question and fill in the following field to override the basic configuration:
How to Configure Analytical Accounts?
Analytical accounts add an extra dimension to your accounting entries by incorporating analytical information such as projects or Business Units (BU). Here is how to configure them:
• I want to include Project AND BU analytical accounts:
Go to Configuration > Configuration Furious > Permission Management > Finance.
• Find and activate the following permissions: “Accounting export: add the analytical section in your sales or supplier invoice accounting exports"
• "Accounting export: add the BU analytical section in your accounting exports for SAGE"
• I want to include only Project analytical accounts:
Activate the permission: “Accounting export: add the analytical section in your sales or supplier invoice accounting exports"
• Deactivate: "Accounting export: add the BU analytical section in your accounting exports for SAGE"
• I don't want to include analytical accounts:
Deactivate both permissions: “Accounting export: add the analytical section in your sales or supplier invoice accounting exports"
• "Accounting export: add the BU analytical section in your accounting exports for SAGE"
