How to reduce invoice payment time?

Updated yesterday

Reducing the collection time for your invoices directly improves your cash flow and decreases your working capital needs. Furious integrates several payment solutions to facilitate your clients' payments and automate the tracking of your collections.

Card payment with Stripe

The Stripe integration allows your clients to pay their invoices by card directly from a secure link. Once the connector is enabled, a payment link is automatically generated for each invoice sent.

Automatic debit with GoCardless

GoCardless facilitates the setup of SEPA debits for your recurring clients. Your clients sign an online debit mandate, and you can then trigger the debits directly from Furious according to your schedules.

Chorus Pro integration for the public sector

For your public sector clients, the connection to Chorus Pro automates the transmission of your invoices on the mandatory platform. This integration accelerates the validation and payment process by the administrations.

Automation of the "Paid" status

When the bank reconciliation or payment connectors are configured, Furious automatically detects received payments and updates the status of your invoices. This automation eliminates manual reconciliation tasks and ensures real-time tracking.

Export of invoices pending payment

From the Finance > Invoice > Invoices menu, use the filter to display only unpaid or partially paid invoices. The Export button then allows you to download the complete list in Excel or CSV format, with all necessary details: amounts, due dates, client details, and delayed durations.

These exports facilitate collection work by providing you with a consolidated view of all your unpaid invoices. The exported data can also be forwarded to your accounting firm or a collection service provider.
