Furious Network allows you to make your internal resources (an employee, a specific resource, or your entire company) available to other Furious users, and conversely to search for and request a quote from resources shared by other companies. The shared information remains anonymized until a quote request is made.

🎯 Business Objective: Facilitate the sourcing of external skills and the availability of your available resources, without leaving Furious.

Furious Network does not require any special configuration to be activated: the dedicated icon is always visible in the navigation bar, at the top right of the screen. It remains grayed out until a notification is associated with your account.

The only preparation required in advance is to enter your collaborators' skills in their Furious profile, as these skills will then be proposed when sharing a resource.

Click on the Furious Network icon in the navigation bar to open the sharing panel. Furious reminds you at this stage that the publication remains anonymized.

You can choose to share a specific person from your team, a specific resource from your team, or your entire company.

💡 Tip: To share your entire company rather than a specific person or resource, use the search field and select the option corresponding to your company among the proposed results.

Then complete the following information:

During your first validation, Furious offers you a mapping table between your internal skills and the standardized skills of Furious Network, so that all network users share a common reference. This mapping is required only once.
​

Once a resource is shared, you can find and manage it from the Furious Network icon or directly from your team's schedule, where shared resources appear visually identified. From these two locations, you can activate or deactivate sharing without losing the already entered configuration, modify the resource form, or delete the share.

💡 Tip: Temporarily deactivate a resource rather than delete it if you just want to suspend requests (absence, full schedule...): this way, you will keep the already entered form.

You can search for a shared resource on Furious Network from three locations:

The search engine relies on the same reference of sectors of activity and skills as the one used during sharing. The results display, for each resource found, the Average Daily Rate (TJM), the company (if visibility has been activated), the languages spoken, the description, the skills, and the associated attachment, downloadable.

To request a resource, open its profile then click the button to request a quote. Describe your need, optionally add an attachment, then validate. A message confirms that your request has been sent successfully to the company responsible for the resource, which will contact you directly.

When a request is addressed to you for a resource you have shared, Furious automatically creates a company profile in your CRM if the requester is not already listed, as well as a quote in your Quotes pipeline, positioned by default in the first column of your pipe (customizable according to your configuration), containing the requester's message and any attachments.

This quote then follows the same process as your other quotes: you can contact the requesting company and resume a normal sales flow.

No email is sent automatically upon receiving a Furious Network request. To be notified by email as soon as a quote is created on one of your resources, activate the dedicated event from Configuration > Furious Configuration > Messages & Automation > Event Configuration > Quotes > Quote: creation, selecting the relevant person as the recipient.

👉 Essential action: Activate this event if you want to be informed in real-time of requests received on your shared resources, because this alert is not active by default.

Access to the Furious Network is controlled by a dedicated permission, available in Configuration > Furious Configuration > Permissions > Global: "Furious Network: have access to skill search on Furious network." Only users with this permission can use Furious Network.

Each received quote request automatically creates a client record and a quote in your pipeline, which you can then treat like any other commercial opportunity.
