How does the "Performance of consultants in billable days" widget work?

Updated over a month ago

What is the purpose of this feature?

The "Consultants’ performance by billable days" widget ranks consultants based on the number of days sold and invoiced over a given period.

It is a sales performance indicator, highlighting:

• The most in-demand consultants by clients,

• Those generating the most revenue,

• And the team's overall billing dynamic.

How to access it?

Available in the widget library within the Planning section.

How to use this widget?

Filtering by Business Unit

• The widget can be filtered by Business Unit, allowing analysis of performance by team, area of expertise, or department.

• It displays a visual ranking of consultants based on their invoiced days.

• You can quickly identify the most requested profiles by clients and track their activity's progression.

💡 Tip: Use this widget to spot your top performers and analyze what drives their success (missions, expertise, sector). It can help highlight your talents and guide your commercial decisions.

Color code based on billable target

The widget displays a color code allowing quick evaluation of consultants' performance compared to their billable target:

Green bar: the consultant has reached or exceeded their billable target set on their user profile

Red bar: the consultant is below their billable target

Blue bar: no billable target has been set on the consultant's user profile

Hovering over the bar shows the percentage of the billable target set for this employee.

💡 Tip: This color code facilitates quick identification of consultants struggling or overperforming and spots those for whom the billable target has not yet been set.

Filtering by personnel type

The widget offers radio buttons to select:

All: displays everyone with a Furious account

Internal only: only employees on a permanent contract, temporary contract, apprenticeship, or valued internship on projects

Freelance only: only individuals with a freelance contract type

💡 Tip: This filter allows separate analysis of your internal teams' sales performance and external resources.

View all entities

You can display all entities at once directly from the widget, regardless of the global Business Unit filter applied to the dashboard.

This filter is particularly useful for performing a group-level data consolidation and obtaining a cross-sectional view of billing activity.

Load control filter

A filter allows refining the display according to the consultants’ occupancy rate on client projects:

All: displays all consultants without distinction

< 100%: displays only individuals whose time spent on client projects is below 100% of their theoretical capacity

> 100%: displays individuals who have more time posted than their theoretical capacity (facilitates the detection of entry errors)

0%: displays individuals who have no time on client projects (intercontract or entry omission)

⚠️ Attention: This filter is an essential control tool. People at > 100% must be quickly checked to correct any potential entry errors. People at 0% may indicate a real intercontract or a planning oversight.

👉 Essential action: Regularly conduct a control with the filters > 100% and 0% to ensure the reliability of your planning data.
