Evaluate the monthly performance of each individual in terms of invoicing, focusing on the projects for which they are project owners.
Filters: Not filtered by the Business Unit selected in the dashboard filters.
Profiles with access (by default): Administrator, Management, Backoffice
Only projects for which the person is the business owner or project owner are included.
Table Structure
The widget presents an online table where the following data is displayed in columns, month by month:
Revenue Budget: The invoiced amount + uncreated invoices but positioned in the month.
Invoiced: The invoiced revenue.
Purchase Budget: Shows the sum of all purchases with the invoice date within the period (or the "received on" date if not provided).
Non-accepted purchases are not considered.
Only purchases with the status "received not paid", "payment ok" or "paid" are included.
For partial purchases, only the amounts actually received appear.
Gross Margin Budget: Revenue Budget - Purchase Budget.
Accounting Invoiced Gross Margin: Invoiced revenue - Received purchase.
Paid Invoices: The amount of paid invoices.
Paid Purchase: The amount of paid purchases. For partial purchases, only the amounts actually settled appear.
