How to integrate Ringover with Furious?

Connect your Ringover telephony solution to your Furious CRM to automatically centralize your calls and maintain a structured record directly on your contact records.


1. What is the purpose of this integration?

The Ringover integration automatically uploads information from each call made via Ringover to Furious. At the end of a call, a sticky note is automatically created on the CRM record of the relevant client or prospect, including:

  • Call duration

  • Call recording

  • An automatic summary of the conversation

The matching between the call and the CRM record is done via the phone number.

1.1. How to configure the integration?

The setup is done in two stages: first on the Ringover side, then on the Furious side.


1.1.1. Step 1 — Generate an API key in Ringover

  1. Log into your Ringover account.

  2. Navigate to Dashboard > Developers > API.

  3. Generate an API key and keep it for the next step.


1.1.2. Step 2 — Enable the connector in Furious

  1. In Furious, go to Config > External Connectors > Ringover.

  2. Enable the connector by clicking Activation.

  3. Enter the API key generated from Ringover in the API KEY field.

  4. Save. A webhook URL is automatically generated.

1.1.3. Step 3 — Configure the webhook in Ringover

  1. Return to Ringover > Dashboard > Developers > Webhooks.

  2. Create a new webhook of type "Call Event".

  3. Paste the URL generated by Furious into the corresponding field.

  4. Enable the following events:

  • Call Hang-ups

  • After-Call Work

⚠️ Warning: Both events ("Call Hang-ups" and "After-Call Work") must be enabled for the call information to correctly upload to Furious.


1.2. How does the synchronization work?

Once the configuration is complete, each call made via Ringover triggers the automatic creation of a sticky note on the CRM record of the corresponding contact. This sticky note contains the call duration, the recording, and a summary of the conversation.

The matching is done automatically by phone number: if the caller's or recipient's number matches a contact registered in your Furious CRM, the sticky note is created on their record.

💡 Tip: Ensure your CRM contacts' phone numbers are entered correctly and in international format for optimal matching.
